I was raised in the small town of Scotland, TX located just outside of Wichita Falls. Scotland is a community of dairy farms and while my family wasn’t in the dairy business, my family did own and operate the convenience store in town. I’m incredibly grateful that I had to opportunity to grow up in that small town. I believe it taught me values and work ethic that I still hold today. Always eager to learn and grow, I knew there were greater opportunities beyond the town of Scotland. After graduating from Midwestern State University and earning my teaching certificate, I made my move to the metroplex and haven’t looked back since.

After receiving my master’s degree in Educational Administration and advancing in my career as an educator, I was ready for a new challenge. I wanted to continue to make an impact on others in a new and different way. As an educator, building relationships is crucial to success, which led to me to pursue another relationship based business…real estate. The limitless possibilities of real estate really sparked my interest and as someone that believes in taking risks, I decided to go all in. My brother is a successful real estate broker in the Grapevine area, so I knew that despite making a career change, I felt comfort in knowing that I’d have a supportive mentor at my side.

One of the many things that I love about real estate is that no two days are alike. One day can be a quiet day in the office completing transactions and the next day can be spent driving around the metroplex showing properties. This keeps things exciting and I absolutely love it!

When I’m not previewing properties or helping clients find their dream home, you can find me spending time with my husband and our three boys, cheering on the Dallas Stars, hitting the gym for a cardio session, or at a Rotary event.
