About

Heather Hancock

Sales Associate

Everything I know about hard work, I learned in a small town.

I grew up in Scotland, TX, a close knit community of dairy farms just outside Wichita Falls. My family ran the local convenience store, which meant I grew up watching my parents build relationships with every person who walked through that door. I didn’t realize it at the time, but that was my first lesson in what it means to truly serve a community.

After graduating from Midwestern State University and earning my teaching certificate, I made my move to the DFW metroplex. I spent years in education, eventually earning a master’s degree in Educational Administration. Teaching taught me something that no sales training ever could: how to meet people where they are, explain complex things clearly, and earn trust by actually showing up.

When I was ready for a new challenge, real estate felt like a natural fit. I’ve always believed in taking risks on things that matter, and this was one worth taking. I went all in, and it’s been the best decision I’ve made.

Today I work with buyers and sellers across north DFW, Trophy Club, Southlake, Keller, Roanoke, and the surrounding communities. No two days are alike, which is exactly how I like it. One morning I’m pulling comps and reviewing contracts; by afternoon I’m touring a property in a neighborhood I know inside and out. I love every bit of it.

What I bring to every transaction is the same thing I brought to every classroom: patience, preparation, and a genuine investment in your outcome. I’m not here to rush you or pressure you. I’m here to make sure you feel informed, confident, and well-represented, whether you’re buying your very first home or selling the one you’ve lived in for twenty years.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my husband and our three boys, cheering on the Dallas Stars, hitting the gym, or volunteering with the Rotary Club of Trophy Club.

I’d love to help you find your place in Texas.
